However, advertising results can be affected by many factors outside our control, including:

  • Advertising platform changes

  • Offer and pricing

Therefore, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, revenue, return on ad spend, or other specific business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Your Digital Marketer retains ownership of its original strategies, processes, methodologies, templates, systems, and proprietary materials.

Client-provided materials, including logos, images, website content, trademarks, and business information, remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use materials provided to us for advertising or marketing purposes.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during the course of providing our services.

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information and will not intentionally disclose it to unauthorized parties except where necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Accordingly, we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales, leads, conversions, rankings, or advertising performance.
